San Anselmo: Following the enthusiastic welcome experienced at the 11th Euro Attraction Show (EAS) 2011, held in London, England from September 27 to the 29th,EvotekUS, LLC is proud to announce that the awe-inspiring SYM 026 platform will be introduced in the US at the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2011, held at the Orange County Convention Center Orlando, Florida from November 14 to the the 18th.
Manufactured by Riker srl on an exclusive Evotek Engineering srl design, the SYM 026 is a professional dynamic platform installed on three rotation axes. These have been expressly designed to simulate the driving experience of current Formula 1 racing cars with an extreme edge of realism.
Modeled precisely after the professional Formula 1 simulators used by professional racing teams, the SYM 026 control system, type hardware in the loop, and the high precision implementation mechanics allow racing enthusiasts to obtain great system reactivity in terms of acceleration and precision of movements, providing an amazing experience to the user, who employs a realistic F1 car steering wheel to virtually race real life professional racing circuits which zoom by on the three enveloping wide video screens.
The Evotek SYM 026 platform was specifically designed as an ensemble of separate modules in order to allow for updates, improvements and evolution of each part as needed. This, in addition, makes it easy to ship, install and service each module, and the result is an extremely compact, elegant racing simulator.
In addition to the entertainment version of the SYM 026 Formula 1 simulator, Evotek Engineering srl produces two other versions: one dedicated to racing schools and one for professional racing teams. A version featuring Nascar circuits and simulating Nascar racing cars is currently in the making.
